Congratulations to Leigh Melrose who was awarded one of the Artistic Prizes last night at the 3rd Teatro Real Awards. This prize was awarded as recognition for Leigh’s extraordinary contribution to several productions at the Teatro Real, most notably his performance as Richard Nixon in Adams’ Nixon in China in their 2022/23 season.
Leigh is currently performing at the Teatro Real as Beckmesser in Laurent Pelly’s production of Die Meistersingers von Nürnberg. Their final performance is this Saturday 25 May at 18.00. Last few tickets remaining!
